VON Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Visiting Nursing program. In this full-time position, you’ll have the autonomy to provide holistic care directly in clients' homes. You will perform physical assessments, deliver palliative care, and manage chronic diseases while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop personalized care plans
• Provide primary care alongside healthcare teams
• Administer advanced wound care, including negative pressure wounds




• Manage chronic diseases like diabetes through education
• Implement IV therapy and conduct phlebotomy procedures

Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the province
• Community health experience preferred
• Personal vehicle and driver’s license required
• Complete a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
