Midtown est à la recherche d’un(e) massothérapeute afin d’offrir à ses membres et invités des expériences de massage personnalisées et haut de gamme favorisant la récupération, la détente et le bien‑être global. Le poste En tant que membre essentiel de l’équipe du Spa, nos massothérapeutes sont des professionnels attentionnés et compétents, engagés envers le bien‑être et la satisfaction de nos membres et invités. Ils maîtrisent différentes techniques de massage et adaptent chaque soin aux besoins, aux préférences et au confort de chaque membre. Nos massothérapeutes contribuent au succès du club en offrant un service exceptionnel, en faisant connaître les bien‑faits de la massothérapie et en donnant vie aux expériences bien‑être signature de Midtown.
Responsabilités du/de la massothérapeute : Répondre aux besoins des membres de façon professionnelle, positive et efficace
Préparer l’espace de travail et la salle de traitement, incluant le matériel, l’éclairage, la musique et les draps, et veiller au confort du membre tout au long du soin
Offrir des services de massothérapie de grande qualité adaptés aux besoins, aux préférences et aux objectifs de bien‑être des membres
Maintenir la propreté et l’hygiène des espaces du Spa tout au long du quart de travail, disposer des déchets et du linge souillé et ranger le matériel à la fin du quart
Collaborer avec ses collègues afin de promouvoir les services du Spa et de bien‑être et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs du département
Informer les membres sur les bien‑faits de la massothérapie et recommander des services, des soins de suivi et des produits adaptés à leurs objectifs de bien‑être
Veiller à ce que les salles de traitement soient toujours prêtes et respectent les standards de service, de propreté et d’hygiène de Midtown
Exigences du poste : Au moins un an d’expérience
Diplôme d’une école de massothérapie reconnue
Membre d’une fédération de massothérapie reconnue au Québec
Maîtrise de plusieurs techniques de massage
Standards élevés en matière de propreté et d’hygiène
Expérience en service à la clientèle, un atout
Midtown is looking for a Massage Therapist to ensure that members and guests receive personalized, luxurious massage experiences that support recovery, relaxation, and overall well‑being. The Position As an integral part of the Spa team, our Massage Therapists are knowledgeable and caring professionals committed to the well‑being and personal satisfaction of our members and guests. They are skilled in a variety of massage techniques and bodywork practices and create thoughtful, personalized treatments based on each guest’s needs, preferences, and comfort. Our Massage Therapists have a positive impact on the success of our club by delivering exceptional service, educating guests on the benefits of massage, and helping bring Midtown’s signature wellness experiences to life.
Massage Therapist responsibilities: Address member and guest needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
Arrange workstation and treatment room, including supplies, lighting, sound, and linens, and inquire about guest comfort throughout the service
Perform high‑quality massage and bodywork services tailored to member and guest needs, preferences, and wellness goals
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Spa areas throughout the shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies at the end of the shift
Partner with and assist other associates to promote Spa and wellness services and achieve department goals
Educate members on the benefits of massage and recommend services, follow‑up care, and retail products aligned with their wellness goals
Maintain treatment room readiness and Midtown’s service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Massage Therapist requirements: At least one year of experience
Certified by a recognized massage therapy school
Member of a recognized massage therapy federation in Quebec
Skilled in multiple massage techniques
Strong cleanliness and sanitation standards
Previous customer service experience preferred
