Additionally, you will assist in recruitment and support community marketing to enhance ONE Insurance’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise branch staff and ensure service standards are met
• Coach and train employees to enhance service quality
• Assist in marketing and community engagement activities
• Review monthly production reports for accuracy
• Schedule staff and track attendance

Requirements:
• Level 2 Insurance License
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in staff management
• Knowledge of Autopac and Personal Lines Insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
