As a key member of CLIC's Group Benefits team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring service excellence through accurate claims processing. You'll utilize your knowledge of health science, insurance, or business administration to manage adjudication queues and effectively communicate with internal partners and clients. Your attention to detail is essential in interpreting policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate health and dental claims according to policy guidelines
• Review Cost Plus and Out-of-Country claims for eligibility
• Interpret plan provisions for informed benefit decisions




• Oversee workloads in adjudication queues and shared inboxes
• Communicate clearly with providers and clients on adjudication outcomes

Requirements:
• Degree in health science, insurance, or related fields
• 1 year of experience in health and dental perks
• GBA or ALHC designation is an asset
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for professional interactions
