Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the personalized care plan set by supervisors
• Facilitate resident transfers and move-ins
• Observe and report on client care using Extendicare’s tools




• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
• Prepare meals and provide emotional support to residents and families

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Experience in community health settings with seniors
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification recommended
• Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
