Job Title: Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer

Industry: Rail About the Prospect: Our client is looking for a Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer ready to ensure supplier excellence in product and process development.

You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your Role, Your Impact-Lead supplier quality activities across assigned commodities and projects.-Define and deploy the Part Approval Process and SPQD cycle to meet quality and contract standards.-Perform supplier risk assessments and ensure compliance before production authorization.-Coordinate First Article Inspections and make Go/No-Go decisions for milestones.-Monitor supplier deliverables through the Supplier Quality Portal and steer timely FAI achievement.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring world-class quality for our supply chain.

Sound like a good fit? What You'll Bring:-Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent field.-At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, or project roles.-Proficiency in supplier quality processes and tools such as PFMEA and control plans.-Strong knowledge of FRP materials, surface finishing, and bonding processes.-Fluency in French and English with strong leadership and communication abilities.

How Success Is Measured-Supplier quality compliance and timely project deliverables without deviations.-On-time First Article Inspection approvals aligned with project milestones.-Continuous risk mitigation and contribution to improvement initiatives across supplier base.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required.





Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
