Paralegal - Estate Litigation Location: Surrey Salary: $70,000-$90,000 Our client , a full-service litigation law firm, is looking for an intermediate to senior Estate Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Estate Law group.

The Role Review and organization of file materials.

Preparation of initial pleadings, including Responses, List of Documents, Application material and Affidavits.

Drafting and maintenance of file information summaries and chronologies.

Analysis of wills, trusts, financial statements, and other key documents.

Tracking of deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure compliance.

Assisting lawyers with discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.

Skills & Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited Paralegal program. 5+ years of experience working in estate litigation Strong technical skills including proficiency with Word and Outlook.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while being a team player.
