Join our client as a Change Management Analyst, a hands-on role focused on transformation initiatives requiring solid stakeholder engagement and execution support, based in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will execute practical change management deliverables while collaborating with project, business, and operational stakeholders. You will develop materials that facilitate adoption and training, ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication strategies and readiness plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop hands-on change management deliverables for transformation
• Create stakeholder impact assessments and communication materials
• Facilitate working groups, workshops, and training sessions




• Validate requirements and produce audience-appropriate content
• Support transition planning and post-implementation activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years of change management experience
• Proficiency in developing training and communication materials
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and impact assessments
• Knowledge of PROSCI or CCMP certification is a plus
