Responsibilities

Welcome clients and deliver an extraordinary level of service.

Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, resolving needs with care and professionalism.

Provide information about the store, products, and services, and share local recommendations.

Process gift cards, provide point-of-sale support, and support holiday events.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.

Confidence using technology and computer applications.

Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

High school diploma.

Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
