In this full-time position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and managing parts inventory. Your expertise will facilitate efficient processing of orders and support the Service Department with accurate parts availability. A definite advantage is your familiarity with parts and warehousing to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly
• Prepare detailed quotes and process orders efficiently
• Manage unloading and organized storage of parts
• Document shipping, receiving, and inventory information
• Place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Adaptable schedule availability for shifts and weekends
• Knowledge of parts and warehousing operations
• Previous parts industry experience is preferred
