As the Housing Support Case Manager, you will engage clients using an anti-oppressive, client-centered approach to facilitate access to housing and support services. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in related fields, including social services and mental health, along with a strong understanding of Indigenous culture and systemic housing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor client recovery plans
• Advocate for clients’ rights at various levels
• Conduct intake and crisis intervention services
• Build relationships with landlords and community partners
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or certification in social services
• One year of related work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Housing First and harm reduction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
