Key Responsibilities:
• Own UJA's end-to-end donor intelligence ecosystem
• Drive strategic data initiatives for fundraising goals
• Act as delegate to the Senior Director in their absence
• Present insights and performance reporting to executive leadership
• Champion data-driven culture across the organization
Requirements:
• 7+ years in fundraising analytics or nonprofit development
• 3+ years managing and mentoring staff
• Expertise in predictive modeling and donor scoring
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Strong understanding of AI in fundraising contexts
