Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance department
• Coordinate work orders for Co-op buildings




• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Ensure compliance with government safety regulations

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• 7+ years' supervisory experience in Facilities management
• Journeyman Trade status is a plus
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
