Job requirement

Applicants at this post with prior Certified Energy Manager designation are considered eligible for this post.

They must have a professional engineer with the Ontario Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario with mechanical, and electrical skills to be eligible for this post.

They must have a structural degree specializing in mechanical and/or electrical design to be eligible for this post.

They must have a minimum of 10 years of proven successful and progressive experience in building design and construction to be eligible for this post.

They must have a solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements to be eligible for this post.

Applicants for this post must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications along with robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to be considered eligible for this post.

Work setting

They must have basic accounting and financial management skills in projects to be eligible for this post.

Candidates for this post must have solid writing and presentation skills to get preferred for this post.
