We are searching for a Group Controller with a BS in finance or accounting and at least 10 years of experience. You will collaborate with business units to ensure accurate financial reporting, implement standardized reporting practices, and assist with audits. Your role is crucial in enhancing internal controls and offering training to finance team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial deliverables for quarter and year-end close
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting practices
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS on all financial records




• Manage financial integration projects for acquisitions
• Conduct account reconciliations and internal controls reviews

Requirements:
• 10+ years of finance or accounting experience
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with Percentage of Completion accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and internal controls
• Effective communication and leadership skills
