Job Summary IT Manager (ERP Systems Epicor 21) - Oversee and manage the performance and stability of the Epicor 21 ERP platform for distribution and supply-chain operations. - Lead ERP configuration, customization, upgrades, patches, and system integrations. - Support and optimize core business functions including inventory, purchasing, order management, warehouse, and finance. - Supervise and mentor IT staff; manage external vendors and consulting partners. - Gather and analyze business requirements to drive system enhancements and process improvements. - Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective. - Oversee IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor contract management. - Deliver reporting and analytics to aid business decision-making. - Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to align technology with business needs. - Maintain robust communication with stakeholders and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
