Your new role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing education projects from planning through delivery, ensuring contractualmitments, schedules, budgets, and client expectations are successfully met.
You will lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables Developing detailed project work plans and allocating resources across project teams Monitoring project progress, financial performance, and revenue forecasts Leading multidisciplinary teams through QA/QC processes for drawings, specifications, and other deliverables Managing scope changes and ensuring contractual requirements are maintained Coordinating with contractors, consultants,
and relevant authorities to resolve project and constructibility issues Acting as the primary client liaison and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project life cycle What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: 5–10 years of relevant architectural or project management experience Previous experience delivering education projects Strong project and client management experience Knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural building systems Good understanding of building codes and permitting processes Strong understanding of project financials, budgets, and revenue forecasting Experience coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams Excellent leadership,munication, and interpersonal skills A flexible, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach Registration with a relevant professional association is considered an asset Business development and strategic planning experience is an asset What you'll get in return You will join an established and collaborative firm offering the opportunity to work on meaningful education projects while continuing to develop your project management and leadership experience.
