This on‑site, full‑time role partners with SMT members to address people challenges, build leadership capability and implement programs that enhance the employee experience while supporting business priorities.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
