As an Activationist with WoodGreen, you will create and implement enriching activities that enhance dignity and self-worth among seniors. This part time role requires you to lead groups, evaluate programs, and ensure quality service aligned with operational standards. Your focus will be on fostering independence and meeting the diverse needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate programs for seniors’ empowerment
• Lead activities ensuring engagement and participation
• Monitor program delivery to meet client needs




• Co-design individualized plans with clients and caregivers
• Ensure safety and personal care for all participants

Requirements:
• 2 years college diploma in activation or gerontology
• 2 years experience leading activities for seniors
• Good knowledge of personal care services
• Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds
• Solid computer skills and CPR/First Aid training an asset
