As part of Fidelity’s Oversight Division, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and Regulatory Compliance. In this senior role, you will handle regular compliance monitoring, maintain essential policies, and prepare presentations for upper management. Your proactive support will be crucial in mediating various compliance matters related to securities regulations and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess sales communications for regulatory compliance
• Review social media content for adherence to standards
• Enhance existing Compliance programs continuously
• Build relationships around compliance initiatives
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in compliance or related fields
• Deep knowledge of NI 81-102 and mutual fund regulations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Strong communication and analytical skills
