This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle repairs, effective diagnostic communication, and the ability to manage repair timelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-house and offsite vehicle repairs
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Assist and supervise remote repairs at dealerships




• Document repair processes and submit warranty claims
• Order necessary parts and manage shipments

Requirements:
• 5+ years in automotive service or repair
• Expert-level experience in customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software
• Experience with CQIS, CAD Software, or SAP is a plus
