Our client is looking for Cybersecurity Governance and Performance Lead and works closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to review and develop cybersecurity policies and standard. - 7328
5 months contract, likely will renew, 37.5 hs work week, Hybrid 3 days in downtown office
** **Please note that for the successful candidate will be required to provide and use their own laptop for the duration of the contract.
Additional skills and experience:
Min 5 years experience in Information Technology, at least three (3) years in cybersecurity or equivalent, and at least two (2) years in policy development and review.
Knowledge and experience of NIST CSF / 800-53r5 / RMF / AI RMF, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, cloud security, and AI risk.
Ability to identify control gaps with respect to policies and standards and make recommendations on prioritized actions in tailoring an appropriate set of policies and standards for the company.
Develop and review policies and standards by working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to address their issues and concerns as related to policy development, review, and implementation.
Assist in supporting other tasks required by cybersecurity and compliance programs or initiatives.
The ideal candidate's background comes from previous roles related to policy development and review with a deep understanding of Cybersecurity risks and technologies for both enterprise IT and OT systems.
Nice to haves:
Seven (7) years of working experience in Information Technology, at least five (5) years in cybersecurity or equivalent.
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent
With working experience on Operational Technology (OT)
or NERC CIP compliance
