Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including interviews
• Maintain recruitment database and track statistics




• Conduct workplace investigations as necessary
• Provide HR training and support to employees
• Assist in policy development and compliance reviews

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and labour relations
• Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Robust organization and interpersonal skills
