About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to manage and enhance their user identity and access control systems in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring that the right individuals have appropriate access to necessary resources while preventing unauthorized access. You will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of IAM solutions, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain IAM platforms, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts and access privileges.
Conduct regular access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce least privilege principles across all systems and applications.




Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
Develop and update documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) .
Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint).
Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Familiarity with compliance requirements related to access control (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing user access in Kimberley .
