As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will coordinate healthcare delivery while adhering to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and prior experience in emergency care. Adaptability in fast-paced situations and a commitment to culturally competent care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform triage and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal care




• Provide assistance in various areas as required
• Maintain compliance with infection control policies
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic CPR certification required (BLS)
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• EKG interpretation skills an asset
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift rotation
