Reporting to the Station Manager, this entry-level role requires operating field equipment, performing shop upkeep, and supporting ongoing operations. You will assist in various tasks, including shop cleanliness, equipment care, and preparing crews for jobs. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop and yard areas
• Assist in equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Support crew preparations for operational tasks
• Complete oil changes and other operational duties
• Learn equipment operation and terminologies in cementing

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting up to 23 kg
• Willingness to be on a 15 on, 6 off rotational schedule
• Must be eligible to work in the designated country
