Job Summary As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver , you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines .





Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands .

Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.

Follow and update care plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and charting .

Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate Current CPR/First Aid Certification .

Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.

Covid vaccination Negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.

Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer’s care is an asset.
