An established company specializing in industrial valves and based in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently seeking an administrative coordinator for the sales department to handle administrative tasks.
This is an addition to the team at an experienced, well-established company that is continuing to grow.

Permanent Position 100% face-to-face Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec Salary: $55000 - $60,000 per year Annual bonus Social benefits after 3 months Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week Monday to Friday i from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 3 weeks vacation Well established and solid company Outstanding team atmosphere Opportunity for advancement Parking available Responsibilities Here is what your day will look like: - Entering orders and quotes into the system - Sending information to suppliers - Preparing project setup documents - Requesting pricing from various suppliers and subcontractors - Creating and managing purchase orders (POs) - Releasing orders - Finalizing files for invoicing - Handling file setup, updates, and archiving Qualifications ---Requirements/skills sought Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, good English bcause lots of communication with suppliers and associates outside of Quebec, in Ontario on a regular day to day basis Experience in a similar position Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite (ERP and Fidelio systems) is an asset Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities Organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy,
