Education, Experience, and Certifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Class 5 license
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited Canadian university
• Registered or eligible for registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM)
DESIRED SKILLS
• 0–3 years of experience in Municipal/Civil Engineering
• Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work alone
• Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Beneficial experience includes proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of municipal approvals and regulations
• Practice comprehending information from engineering drawings

Stormwater and wastewater management
Domestic lagoons
Drainage and grading planning (calculation and design)
Sewer and water servicing design and replacement




Land development
FIELD & CONSTRUCTION
On-site construction administration, inspections, and quality assurance
Site inspection with Lidar drones
Coordinating external services with sub-contractors
CLIENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Establish and maintain long‑term personal relationships with contractors, developers, municipal and provincial agencies
Build knowledge across a multidisciplinary range of project types.
Develop the practical and professional skills needed to grow within the team
