As a Supervisor in Shelter and Respite Services, you will report to the Manager, guiding operational activities and supporting frontline staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate operational activities for effective service delivery
• Lead committees and task groups as needed for program development
• Conduct daily check-ins with staff for updates and support




• Supervise and mentor staff to enhance service quality
• Facilitate onboarding and recruitment with the People and Culture Department

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or related field required
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of homelessness systemic issues in Toronto
• Ability to work collaboratively across sectors
