Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions Address customers' complaints or concerns Professionalism in customer service Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service,
