You will be the go-to person for insider knowledge and tailored support, combining on-site guest interaction with remote administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide a wide range of concierge services, including restaurant reservations, event bookings, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
Assist guests with inquiries and requests, offering tailored solutions and ensuring prompt follow-up.
Maintain an extensive knowledge base of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and services to provide accurate and helpful advice.
Manage guest preferences and special requests, ensuring they are recorded and fulfilled efficiently.




Liaise with external vendors and service providers to secure bookings and ensure quality service delivery for guests.
Handle administrative tasks remotely, such as updating guest profiles, managing correspondence, and coordinating with internal departments.
Requirements Proven experience in a concierge, guest services, or luxury hospitality role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and qualified demeanor.
In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and cultural activities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software for reservations, guest management, and communication.
