WTD is seeking a passionate Video Producer who thrives in a fast-paced setting. This 3-month contract role involves working closely with the VP of Marketing to capture authentic moments inside the agency. You'll produce content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, shaping how WTD presents our brand to the world.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capture real moments showcasing team creativity and solutions
• Create short-form content for various social platforms
• Own the entire production process from concept to publish




• Build sizzle reels and pitch videos for client engagement
• Establish a consistent visual and editorial tone for WTD

Requirements:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant content creation
• Proficiency in Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or DaVinci
• Builder’s mindset for quick-turn projects
• Strong storytelling ability through video
• Based in or near Toronto for on-site collaboration
