As the newly established Director of Philanthropy, you will manage a key portfolio of principal and major gift prospects across Canada, with a current focus on Quebec and Atlantic regions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the RHF’s mission, engaging high-net-worth individuals and foundations in meaningful partnerships through tailored strategies and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a major gift donor portfolio
• Develop individual cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Secure philanthropic investments through engagement




• Maintain accurate forecasts and donor plans in CRM
• Build multi-year fundraising strategies for engagement

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in progressive fundraising roles
• Proven success in securing five to seven-figure gifts
• Robust relationship-building and influencing skills
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Experience with donor management systems
