Description *Temporary 3-month position with possibility of permanency*
The Warehouse Recruiter is primarily responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities for warehouses across Canada. This individual will be responsible for hiring warehouse support personnel, including material handling and delivery staff, as well as warehouse administrative positions.
Responsibilities Post job openings on various recruitment platforms;
Screen and review incoming applications;
Schedule interviews with warehouse managers;
Complete background checks;
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned administrative positions (from requisition intake through to hire);




Ensure a high-quality candidate experience;
Participate in the development of various recruitment tools and projects;
Perform all other related duties as required.
Success Factors Human Resources: You have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and knowledge of human resources practices, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations;
Organization: Skilled at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, you are able to effectively prioritize and organize your workload;
Initiative: You are resourceful, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently;
Communication Skills: Bilingual in both French and English.
