Recent-Life Mills, a division of Parrish & Heimbecker, is looking for a dedicated Swingperson. You will work on the manufacturing of high-quality feed products, ensuring adherence to safety protocols while utilizing computerized systems. Your role will require mixing, pelleting, and maintaining quality standards daily in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mix and pellet feed according to customer specifications
• Unload trucks and operate forklifts for deliveries
• Maintain accurate records with digital readouts
• Follow quality control practices and participate in audits
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain safety protocols

Requirements:
• Available for 18-month contract starting September 2026
• Production or manufacturing experience required
• Agricultural or feed mill background preferred
• Capability to handle 25-40 kg safely
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
