Summary Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Boutique Administrator handles administrative and logistics tasks while ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures. The role supports inventory accuracy, boutique operations, and a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization.
Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and outgoing and incoming repairs with accurate tagging.
Prepare accounting paperwork and organize weekly and monthly audits.
Ensure paperwork complies with company policies and support accurate boutique audit scores.
Communicate with boutique management and vendors, and support maintenance, supply ordering, and sales processes.
Requirements Demonstrate solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and concisely with boutique management and vendors.
Support inventory, logistics, administrative, and audit processes accurately.
