EcoPoly in Orillia, Ontario is hiring a Coex/Extruder Operator to set up and run inline extrusion lines, ensuring high output without sacrificing quality. You will manage materials, calibrate heat profiles, and keep the work area clean and organized while supporting helpers and maintenance tasks.
You will perform quality checks, label and document results, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and downtime in a busy production setting.
