Key Responsibilities:
• Grind and smooth surfaces before finishing steps
• Select and attach grades of abrasives to machines
• Polish areas for a smooth, unmarked finish




• Replace worn abrasive tools as needed
• Recommend improvements to enhance production methods

Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certification
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Knowledge of machine operation and Microsoft Windows
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of blueprints and tool operation
