Lead a skilled team at Interpro Pipe & Steel as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee installations, ensure safety compliance, and enhance mechanical systems for optimal performance.

In this role, you will supervise maintenance staff to deliver high-quality maintenance while planning preventive and corrective measures. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting issues and optimizing machinery. Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you'll drive efficiency and safety while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff activities
• Oversee mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and defects




• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment reliability
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments for minimal disruption

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
• 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance roles
• 2-5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
