Ebury is seeking an enthusiastic commercial lawyer with at least five years of experience. This pivotal role requires a proactive mindset and covers a variety of legal matters, including corporate structuring and regulatory compliance. You will be integral in providing legal support to Ebury's operations across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement new products for U.S. market entry
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements




• Advise on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance
• Manage legal matters for North American operations
• Support corporate governance activities for North American entities

Requirements:
• Law degree in Canada or the U.S.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law
• Interest in fintech and financial products
• Experience with regulated institutions is a plus
• Solid communication skills with stakeholders
