We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Finance who will support our VP of Finance and collaborate with our Controller. You will own strategic financial initiatives, execute M&A; transactions, and implement advanced AI workflows. This role emphasizes hands-on involvement in corporate modeling and financial engineering to support overall business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build agile financial models from scratch
• Lead corporate planning and budgeting processes
• Spearhead executive presentations for stakeholders
• Automate workflows using AI and data tools
• Collaborate on deal structuring and financial transactions

Requirements:
• 7-10+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A;
• Mastery in complex revenue and operational modeling
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and finance tech stack
• Proven track record in deal desk operations
• Autonomous builder comfortable with ambiguity
