Enhance educational and adventure experiences at Grouse Mountain as an Assistant Manager. This hands-on role supports staff, operations, and program delivery within a vibrant environment.

As the Assistant Manager for Education and Adventure Programs, you will directly oversee planning, staffing, and execution of creative curricula. Collaborating closely with a diverse team of up to 60 employees, you will ensure high service standards and enriching experiences for all guests. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining relationships, managing logistics, and meeting departmental goals for profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and implementation of business development strategies
• Assist in designing and updating educational curricula




• Oversee daily operations of summer Adventure Camps
• Manage guest experiences to achieve high satisfaction scores
• Help with hiring and training program staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 1-2 years in a management role preferred
• Experience in Outdoor Education or related fields
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Lead impactful educational and adventure programs at Grouse Mountain while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
