This role focuses on enhancing the resident experience through attentive service, understanding preferences, and proactively meeting needs. You'll foster an engaging environment, ensuring residents feel valued and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver proactive and personalized support to residents
• Anticipate and fulfill day-to-day resident requests
• Maintain expert knowledge of local amenities and services
• Coordinate guest suite bookings and maintenance
• Manage service elevator and building access schedules
Requirements:
• 3+ years in luxury residential or hospitality roles
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with property management software
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or business
