As a Student - Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting client service excellence while developing valuable skills in operations, administration, and process improvement. What you will accomplish with us Process and organize confidential client documentation related to non-financial account updates and account redemptions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Analyze and resolve complex situations using sound judgment and escalation channels when required
Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various channels, including telephone, email, and collaboration platforms
Support advisors and associates on projects by leveraging tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Maintain client databases and generate Assets Under Administration (AUA) reports using Microsoft Excel while ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Contribute to operational efficiency by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and macros to automate repetitive tasks
Provide informed support by maintaining knowledge of financial products, including RRSPs, TFSAs, mutual funds, and GICs
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting the onboarding and training of new team members
What could accelerate your success in this role Is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
Is recognized for their time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Stands out for their excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities




Is familiar with SharePoint and collaborative work environments
Is interested in developing knowledge of the financial services industry and may consider pursuing the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Possesses a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Possesses an advanced level of French proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with unilingual French-speaking clients on a daily basis
Possesses an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with English-speaking external and internal partners and clients across Canada on a daily basis

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $28,75 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the position status (student or intern). At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure.
