The opportunity Lead outbound warehouse operations, support the team on the floor and improve the safety, quality and efficiency of day-to-day fulfillment.
What you’ll do Oversee outbound operations, including the Mix Package Department, and develop and enforce operating procedures.
Monitor daily performance indicators and coordinate priorities between management and frontline teams.
Plan equipment and staffing resources, reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain health, safety and security standards for people, equipment and property.
Train new and temporary team members; communicate operational priorities.
Manage staffing schedules and attendance, and take on other duties as business needs require.




What you bring At least one year in a warehouse management role.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Working knowledge of warehouse procedures and relevant operating requirements.
The ability to lead and motivate a team, supported by robust organization and communication skills.
A forklift licence is preferred.
