You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate closely with project managers and vendors to ensure accurate financial management across various projects. Key areas of focus include project profitability, reporting, forecasting, and compliance throughout the lifecycle of projects, while also offering insights that drive financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial management of construction projects
• Prepare project financial reports per accounting standards
• Monitor costs, budgets, and financial risks




• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Support accounts payable and billing processes

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation or in progress is an asset
• 4+ years in project accounting, preferably in construction
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Strong understanding of project costing and profitability
