Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize nursing processes for quality wound and ostomy care
• Collaborate with health teams for effective treatment plans
• Implement plans in consultation with clients and caregivers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with CNO in Ontario
• Certification in Wound Care is required
• 1-3 years clinical experience in wound care
• Experience with IV medication administration
