This role reports to the Health and Wellness Manager and focuses on delivering person-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the clinical team, assist residents with mobility, and provide emotional support to enhance their quality of life. Your organizational skills and dedication to resident safety will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement person-centered care within an inter-professional team
• Administer medication and document care accurately
• Assist with resident mobility and prepare nutritious meals




• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to family concerns

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Ability to perform lifting and transferring tasks
