Our client seeks a Cybersecurity Governance and Performance Lead with a robust background in policy development and cybersecurity. Successful candidates will have at least five years of IT experience, including three years in cybersecurity and two years in policy review. You'll utilize your expertise in NIST CSF, ISO, and cloud security to identify control gaps and create effective policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review cybersecurity policies collaboratively
• Identify control gaps in existing policies and provide recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders during policy discussions




• Support various cybersecurity and compliance initiatives
• Foster collaboration with IT and Operational Technology teams

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology
• At least 3 years in cybersecurity and 2 years in policy development
• Proficient in NIST, COBIT, and ISO standards
• Experience with AI risk and cloud security
• Working knowledge in Operational Technology preferred
